1. International Shipping Covid-19 May 2020 Updates:
1.1. As a result of the current pandemic, please allow more time for your oder to arrive, as the post offices are working as hard as possible to get out each package in a timely manner, but within social distancing guidelines, and regulations. Their may be countries who are not allowed to receive packages currently; If you live in one these countries, please allow extra time for your order to arrive, as this is not under our control, but please check if you are allowed to receive out of country packages. Post office may deny our shipping request, at this point, you may receive a full refund or you can decide for the package to be sent over when shipping regulations are lifted. You will be updated throughout the entire shipping and receiving process.

2.1. All ready to wear 1 of 1 clothing pieces will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchased item, for orders placed on Sunday, please allow 2-3 days for shipping, as postal services close earlier on Sundays within our Florida region. If for whatever reason we need to ship at a later date, you will be contacted by e-mail.
2.2. All custom commissioned clothing pieces will be shipped within 7 days of purchased item, for orders placed on Sunday, please allow 7-8 days for shipping, as postal services close earlier on Sundays within our Florida region. If for whatever reason we need to ship at a later date, you will be contacted by e-mail.
2.2. All products come with a tracking number, and shipping updates from TheCreateHouse@gmail.com, or phone number, which ever method of contact was chosen at check out.
2.3. Please understand that once the item has left the shipping facility it is out of our hands as far as, any delays that can occur due to carrier or lost shipments during transit. If product is lost in transit for any reason, due to wrong address provided, and or order has arrived, but product seemed to not be delivered, please email us, as we cannot issue a refund, we can give you others options to try, and retrieve the package, and or store credit could be issued under discretion.
2.4. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Create House reserves the right to refuse refund, or store credit if any Product that does not meet the above requirements in Create House’s sole discretion.
3.1. TheCreateHouse.com will only accept products in their original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original order number within 3 days of receiving their product. Please not, shipping, and handling of the product will be your responsibility. If in fact, you do decide to return an item, be sure to take the most appropriate form of shipping to ensure your package is shipped correctly and safely. We are not responsible for the delay, or products that were shipped, and or lost in transit due to delivery transit providers.
3.2. We are not responsible for a wrong address, which was entered by customer, if in fact you notice you have imported a wrong address, in most cases you have 1-3 days to E-MAIL, TheCreateHouse@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and date of order. If you ordered a custom product, you will have an additional 7 days to complete change of address request, due to your item is being customized.
3.3. Full-price products must be shipped for return within 5 days from the date of arrived product, which was purchased.
3.4. Any Product that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
3.5. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Create House reserves the right to refuse return of any Product that does not meet the above return requirements in Create House’s sole discretion.
3.6. Merchandise returned to TheCreateHouse.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of returned item delivery. A confirmation email will be sent once the Client’s account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. It will not be possible to select a new item once the selection has been finalized.
3.7. Most returns have a 5 day period that start from arrived date of product and will not be funded if outside of this period.
